Raymond was wonderful. Besides being extremely knowledgeable he was so patient and polite. He worked with me for at least three to four hours and never made me feel like I was wasteing his time. Dealing with him I felt like he may have been management. Thank you so much Raymond. If you are not management you should be. Every associate should mirror your customer service.
