Lincoln Heritage is an amazing company. I was really nervous, i read all of the negative comments and thought I would get screwed as well. My mother had a policy that I didn't know about. My mom passed in June of 2019, Lincoln Heritage said all they would need was the death certificate, i faxed the death certificate the same day. The claim was processed and approved the very next day which was a Friday. The check was mailed out the next business day which was on a Monday. I recived the check on Wednesday afternoon. I called them every single day until i recieved that check. Lincoln Heritage answered all of my questions, they were kind and very patient with me in this very difficult time.
