DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was contracted by DP&L to trim back trees from power lines in my area. Lewis Tree Service was in my neighbors back yard trimming trees away from a line, cut a branch that fell on a power line causing the live line to go down in my back yard. This apparently caused a surge to enter my house, sparking a file in my attic. It took almost 3 weeks for someone from this company to call and they are not taking responsibility. I'm still waiting for my repairs to my home to start while their insurance drags their feet with my insurance...trying to find a way out of paying for their mistake.
To make matters worse, two days after the fire their trimmers came back and just walked through my back yard gate without even knocking on the front door, which is what they are supposed to do. Their reason..."it looked like no one was home". They are terrible!
