Worst place we have ever rented been with out washer and dryer for months if u don t pay on the first of the month they go to court and file eviction even though the lease states we have until the fifth. They will literally go to the court house and file for eviction every month on you
Then when. You give a 60 day notice they wait 2 weeks and say that a bunch of neighbor's said we smoke weed even though we have been here for 4 years and nothing like this has ever been brought to my attention
Long story short they will take about 7 months to fix anything and when you say enough is enough they will try and screw you in any way they can to keep the security deposit which is like 3 times the rent
Not worth it
Go through someone who isn t trying to be a Fortune 500 franchise
