My grandma has been going here for quite a while. The doctors are very nice, but the reception staff have been very rude on multiple occasions.

On her last visit the older woman that checked her in was very rude. She told my grandma she could not be seen unless my grandma paid a no-show fee for a visit where the receptionist refused to sign us in. After my grandma explained what happened and why she wouldn't pay it. The woman then got very aggressive with my 78 y/o grandma, and started telling her to lower her voice and calm down and stop yelling at her. My grandma can get loud. If she'd really been yelling, the whole office would have known it.

We'll be looking for another neurologist where the staff treat their patients with respect.
