I was charged for an out of stock item. I asked to be refunded and it took lots of phone calls (wait times of half an hour) to get my money back. In total, over a month.

A few weeks after I thought it was all finished I have been sent an e-mail from their debt collection department demanding payment.

Absolute shambles from start to finish.
