I absolutely agree with the client who said staff was ungodly rude , but I would add that it would apply to management and the nurse practitioner- rude and extremely unprofessional. Providers missed our appointments repeatedly, even though we had confirmed appointments, with cards. I have never been spoken to in such a manner like the manager from this establishment. My own background is in clinical psychology and I work with special needs children and I wouldn t dare speak to clients or parents the way they have communicated with my family. I have a difficult time believing that no one has filed a malpractice claim against this establishment. Despite that, the front office staff and therapist, who my child was seeing, were very helpful and polite.
