They sent me an invoice charging me a grandiose amount for supplies from last year, which were completely covered by my insurance at the time. I've been trying to get a hold of them repeatedly through email and by phone to sort his out, and no one is answering. This is horrible customer service -- I'm hoping a negative review will finally grab their attention.
