(1) Are you from Quatar? Asks a friendly hotel restaurant lady...and I hadn t even opened my mouth. She went straight off of skin color and no I am NOT from Quatar. I am from the US and have more security clearance than needed. Nice discrimination policy right off the bat. Good Job Marriott and no it was not a waitress - it s the restaurant reception lady.
(2) I am a silver elite - meaning I am a FAN of Marriott - probably not anymore ?
(3) oh the King size is already taken - is it Marriott policy time reserve and then hand it off to someone else? And then tried to put me on a accessibility king. They were able to fix it - but why cause the angst on a tired traveler ?
(4)breakfast room service was left at 11pm (should be done by 3 am)....breakfast never showed up!
(6) room looked unkept - lotion 1/3 bottle.

Again, the restaurant waitresses were excellent - so don t blame them.
