Last Tuesday, the last remaining point on our house was solved!
Our new-build home was completed in December 2018 ...

I'm not going to tell you how much effort, time and money it took to get everything resolved. I advise people who are going to buy a house or bathroom / kitchen from this company to read the reviews below.

If you buy a new-build home at Van Wanrooij, don't be tempted to buy a bathroom / kitchen at the Warenhuys of the same name.
The check that you receive is very tempting, but unfortunately we found out too late that if you buy a kitchen or bathroom elsewhere, you also get a discount, whereby they are happy to collect Van Wanrooij's check. In total we went to Waardenburg 14 times to negotiate the price.

After a year of following this company (both the contractor and the bathroom / kitchen shop) it appears that they want to conquer the market in the shortest possible time frame. New construction projects are started everywhere so that private individuals and companies that have signed have nowhere to go, after which the progress completely stagnates.

Think carefully before you buy anything here. The check, which is actually a cigar out of its own box, is also available elsewhere as a discount.
