I had been eyeing ford edges for over a year. Imperial had a huge inventory and competitive prices. Josh took me out in the car I asked to see but placed me in the car I really wanted. I ended up buying a less expensive vehicle, same miles, a year older, but totally loaded. It was a no pressure negotiation and sell. Imperial is a terrific dealership.
