We (3 girls, 24 to 25 years old) had a late checkout (1pm). At 10:00 an employee knocked on the door with the message: Housekeeping . After no answer, she opened the door and found me in my bed. She turned out not to be housekeeping, because she asked: "I have come to collect the bicycle keys". I am amazed to get the bicycle keys from the bikes we rented yesterday. Rented 3 bikes during check-in yesterday and we were never told to return the keys immediately. If we had known that, of course we would have. The next morning we wanted to do a trip through the Veluwe. After all, you pay for the bikes. Understandable that bicycles are needed, but to enter your guests' room and lie about being housekeeping? We really don't understand. I give the three stars because of the beautiful location. Communication should have been a lot better. They leave us with a feeling that we cannot be trusted. We are three girls from foreign countries and you are going to wonder if they have the room of a S. de Jong so entered.
