STAY AWAY - Wow what a trial with this company. I ordered 3 tiny gaskets and a muffler for a small snowblower from them (online), there was no sign of them after a week (they swear they ship in 2-4 days), so I sent an email asking about it and received no reply. Online "check your order" page said two of the gaskets were on backorder, but to email if you wanted in stock items to ship separately - so I did, no replies, no items, after another week. Finally called customer service and waited 20 minutes to get a hold of a real person who was very helpful and suggested changing the two back-ordered gaskets to a different (and more expensive) brand to get the package sent. I agreed and waited another week, no package. Finally got the order middle of the fourth week - the two gaskets I agreed to change to were wrong for my engine, the one that did match was severed in half (with half missing) by a bag sealer. Muffler was fine. But still no gaskets I can use. After a month! Called customer service again, got another seemingly helpful and apologetic person who offered to replace the gaskets free of charge - I asked if I needed to return the ones I had and they assured me I did not. This time the package got here in 3 days but was a huge box for 3 tiny flat gaskets... aaand... low and behold there are only two gaskets and a bunch of paper and a bill for another $14+ !! Checked my credit card and sure enough I have a charge for the two gaskets plus nearly $8 shipping for something that would fit in an envelope with a piece of cardboard and mail for less than a dollar.. Supposedly they are sending me a refund for the wrong gaskets but I have yet to see it and I bet they don't refund any of the $15+ in shipping I've paid so far! Then I get to looking at the gaskets and one of them is mislabelled and still wrong for my engine! GEEZ! I give up - I'll eat the cost and stay far, far away - I suggest others do the same.
