We've been leasing a machine from First Data for a...

We've been leasing a machine from First Data for almost 2 years now and our machine stopped working two weeks ago. We've been on several phone calls with their tech department who refuses to send us a new machine and claims that the reason our machine no longer works is because of the cell service in our area. Their ONLY solution is for us to break our lease, pay all the penalties, and go on a new lease with them in order to be sent a new SIM card to see if that might make our machine work again. I was spoken to like I was a 2 year old being mansplained to about how their systems work. I've been warned that merchant services are "money-grabbing schemes" in the past, but these interactions have shown me that they truly care nothing about their customers. If I break our lease, I will certainly never be working with First Data again.
