Great hospitality.. Very welcoming.. the only problem I faced was with the room I got when I first checked in.. it was in a lower level facing the pool and above restaurant with a live band !! Of course the receptionist never told me I might expect some noise .. so make sure uyou void rooms facing the pool and on lower levels (5th floor was still low)..while the view might be pretty, the pools can be late-night gathering places -- despite posted closing times -- and noise echoes off water.
