Looked forward to oir visit but it was a bit of a let down. Didn't expect a willy wonka style visit, but visiting the promoted packaging department was a joke. We got to see 3 packed boxes of bars of dairy milk slide down a chute. Then the plant went on break. At the end you get to create the much hyped "chocolate of your dreams, a once in a lifetime opportunity". You get to put a teaspoon of wine gums OR jellie babies OR mini mallows OR white buttons OR crushed biscuit in a small cup then it gets a desert spoon of chocolate put on top. Wasn't the chocolate of my dreams, my wifes or grandkids. Would have been even more mad had the ticketz cost me full price.
