Just signed up for vehicle insurance over the phone. Completed online through my email. This was way easier and faster than I ever expected. The man on the phone was very professional, pleasant, helpful and courteous. He answered my questions and I didn't feel pressured nor rushed. Great service, wonderful experience, quick and easy. He made sure I had all the numbers and info I needed. Best experience ever. I was scared the call at first time thinking of the wait time and time being put on hold. However I had already filled out most of the quote online before I called. I am so surprised it was this easy and this fast. Excellent.
