We had a horrible experience here with our Sprinter. They were over a day late even starting to look at the vehicle and when they did, they did not listen to what we had communicated at all. We told them about a known issue that occurred hundreds of times in high altitude with no error to be read by the computer (we have a computer reader). After another two days with the vehicle, they called with .great new saying they could not recreate the issue and said there was no error code so the van was fine. What?! The van is not fine. It has a horrible sputter every single time we drove it and got to a certain rpm. Another huge issue, they would not answer phones. Even the Hoehn receptionist could not get them to pick up the phone.
And to top it off, we had things fall from the inside of our van that have never fallen during the thousands of miles we have driven it and on countless horrible dirt road. What did they do while driving it? How fast did they take corners?
We are extremely disappointed with this service department.
