Initially they pitched us a ton of services and we had a lot of back and forth about what exactly they could do for us and how much it would cost. We ended up only using them for some training services for our bookkeeper and some other accounting and reporting issues we were having. We probably would have used them for more but at the moment we just can't risk the time and money it would have taken. The person they had work with our staff seemed like he knew what he was doing and the whole engagement lasted for just under two weeks. We definitely saw the value and the only thing that kept it from being a five star review was the follow up calls we got for a couple of weeks after. We were clear that would probably could not even consider any other services for the next couple of quarters but I think due to some miscommunication we were still being contacted about other services we had discussed. Not a huge deal but when you have the same conversation multiple times it can get frustrating.
