5 stars fully deserved. I order the goods, but did not received it within expected delivery date. Thus I wrote to customer support and got replied in several hours. After contacting the seller it turned out, that they had some error in the system and goods should not be available for order in my country. Thus I got full refund + $10 credit for next purchase.
But the story continues. Next day I received the goods after all! But the money were already refunded. I wrote them back, that by some coincidence my parcel arrived and that I am willing to pay for it, if they give me the payment details. Again immediate reply stating, that I can keep it and that the expense is on them, for all the struggle!! That is what I call "Customer satisfaction first"!! Thank you.
