Staying on 5th floor which happens to be right bel...

Staying on 5th floor which happens to be right below the kitchen. All kinds of noises happening at 11pm when they close which coincidentally is when I need to sleep!! Called lobby and all they could suggest was "changing rooms". Seriously? At 11pm? How about telling the kitchen staff to stop making noise? I can't see myself staying here the rest of this week!
