I hate to write this review because Formally Yours use to be a great shop to work with but I guess all good things come to an end. Since Cathy has taken over the shop it has gone down hill. My niece ordered her gown and all her bridesmaids did also. Well not only were they all told to order the wrong size we were told the Jr. bridesmaid dress would be age appropriate when it came in. I believe they are making more money charging for all the alterations than they do for the dresses themselves. ALL the girls had to have their dress basically remade. The "Jr Bridesmaids" dress was just a smaller version of the adult dress with cups and all. I don't know about the 9 yrs olds in other families but ours did not need cups. We paid almost the same amount to alter the dress as the dress cost to begin with. Then it was altered wrong as was 2 other bridesmaid dresses. They were hemmed too short and wee so tight they could hardly breathe. I finally took them home and did my best to lower the hems. When I tried to Cathy she would just walk away to the back and refuse to come out. Not once did she offer compensation for their mistake she would not even speak to me. So one day after the wedding I "camped" out at her shop until she takes to me and still refused to refund an money. She acts like a spoiled brat and like she is doing you a favor by selling you dresses and charging you to alter the wrong sizes she orders. Don't even get me started on the alteration lady who looks down on you and tries to blame you when she takes the dress in too tight and/or hems it too short. Do yourself a favor and if you want a nice experience buying dresses for your wedding stay as far away form this shoppe as you can.
