Not reliable at all. I have only been picked up on time ONCE, and have spent countless hours waiting for the damn bus to show up forcing me to be late for my college classes. Most of the drivers are nice and polite, but if you have to call someone, you are really lucky to get someone even slightly nice or helpful. Plus you have to wait on hold for up to 30 minutes each time you call.

I scheduled rides for Monday and Wednesday mornings, they never once showed up on a Monday, and when I asked why, all they said was "well, you're on the schedule" then refused to say anything else as if it were my fault they never arrived.

Also learned that if you need to cancel a ride, or change any info such as an address or phone number, you've got to call multiple times or nothing will be changed, even then its very likely they wont change it. I know many people who have had this same problem.

Plus there's the whole thing where the drivers will count literally anything as a no show especially if it was their fault, and 3 no shows and you are banned from the schedule for a month. I just got counted as a no show today even after I canceled my ride well in advance of the scheduled time.

They make you call every two weeks to renew your schedule, yet somehow they won't let you change your times, forcing you to have to cancel your rides and try to figure something else out, or just settle for being super late. And they are constantly setting your pickup times later without even telling you.

There is just so much more I could list here but you get the idea.
