It is not perfect, but certainly the best company to work for in Alto Paraopeba. Not only for salaries higher than the average for the region, but also for the treatment and care of the employees. Concern about safety is also central. High Technology and modern practices offer professionals in traditional areas such as electrical, mechanics, automation etc. challenges. As I said, there are problems, not best at all, but I still highly recommend it when compared to other large existing ones.
