I was in a auto accident on Dec-18-2019. I hired Bethune Law Firm on Dec-20-2019. Its now November 2020 and my case is still not settled. I have done everything that as been asked of me, went to all docs and specialist appointments never missed a one. Abd they have done nothing but given me the run around. The first time i called for a update it was "there waiting on one last document from the specialist office that was in April. The next time i spoke with anyone it was in September, then it was "ok we got all your documents now we are going to give your file to the demand team and once they submit demands on your behalf they will reach out to you and let you know". Now its November soooooooo it takes 2 months to submit a offer. Nope never did it. Today my insurance company called me asking if i still have a lawyer on my case cause they called Bethune law and they said they dont represent you. Smh really. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEM. FIRED! My advice to anyone out there I MEAN DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT HIRE these people.
