Horrible ..package stolen from porch reported it had police report customer service gave me a diffrent story about the case then they lost report i gave them police phone number and location no one called them to verify. Then re did this process bc wasnt told had 14 days for the case so again did steps i needed to do from ebay and was told i wasnt being re imburst for this even though had what i needed and filed police report. Ive shared this through social media and many people have had the same problem sucks when you work and spend money through ebay and they dont take care of there customers as guaranteed. Also wasnt 10 dollar package was a 400 dollar purchase but i dont suggest them anymore ive had family co workers and friends all switching bc of this. Looking into legal aid for this.
