My boyfriend and I went to the Longwood location trying to find somewhere to eat at 9:30pm on a Sunday. We had never dined at The Melting Pot before. Admittedly there was initially a bit of sticker shock that we confessed to our waiter. We were treated no differently. We went ahead with the steak lovers 4 course meal, absolutely everything was phenomenal. By the last course you'll have had more than your money's worth. But, what truly brought the experience together was our waiter, Fernando. He was absolutely wonderful, regardless of us being there, young under dressed and us asking for a moment to discuss our finances. Fernando maintained a gracious demeanor where others would have dismissed us. It's his customer service and the quality all around that has officially made The Melting Pot a new favorite of ours!
