ypu can easily finish all the rides, meet all the characters and realax and see the fireworks.. (dont miss the fireworks start at exactly 9pm around the lake)
Start your day early say around 930 am, you should be in the park..
Start with
1. frozen ever after
2. Test track
3. Mission space [mars one is bang on]
These are all near by
4. Loved the concept of "soaring around the world"
5. Dont forget to watch the 3d movie..
6. Epcot is not so crowded so meeting characters is easy here .

Manage time
Keep checking the application
Get fast pass for the rides esp frozen ever after

For food... I am sorry me being vegetarian had very less options but had mexican in the mexican area!
Keep hydrating and munching snacks.
