My situation was complicated because I wanted to keep my current home as a rental. I spent over 4 months working with 3 other loan brokers and all three concluded that I couldn t qualify for a loan unless I sold my first home. Working with Greg and team at Avenir I got pre approved within two weeks, and they worked closely with me through the purchase of my new home to make sure I would not only submit an offer, but be qualified as a good buyer. I am happily in my new home now while still keeping my rental property. I am very thankful to have found Avenir!
