JM Lexus remove a nail from one of my tires. After pulling away and driving a few miles I noticed my tire pressure indicators were not working. I brought the car back and they took it for almost another half hour and came back and told me they would give me a loner. It took 2.5 hours to fix a flat and give me a loaner. The service people love to tell you "this person will be right with you", I think that is code for" you have another ten minute wait.
I still have to go back at some time to return the loaner and get my car.
All this to repair a tire.
