For a collections agency this place is probably the worst customer service and worst operators on the existence of this plant. You guys are rude! You don t wanna work with your customers! Do you think that because people default on the credit card payments that we don t want to make do and square things away so you guys would rather take everybody for everything that they owe you instead of working something out!!! I really hope that in the future this business goes under I hope you guys go bankrupt I hope all of your customer service agents get fired you guys are the worst business in the world to deal with!Nikki in Customer Service is probably the most rudest person I ve ever had to deal with!!
