I had two reservations booked with this hotel. Six nights through an event block of rooms at a discounted rate then an additional night at the normal rate. I was able to find someone to room with and I called to cancel my reservations. They cancelled the six nights but still charged me for the additional night even though I asked for them to cancel it. I called into their accounting dept. multiple times. They said they were going to look into it but I have never heard back and they haven't refunded the money.

The hotel itself is nice but my overall experience has been poor.
