Due to a problem with the screen display during the warranty period, please ask the official customer service to help repair the laptop. The screen protection sticker that was attached to the computer when it was returned was torn off by the technician, and the dust can not be completely attached back. When asked, the customer service staff was told that they could not handle it because it was not covered by the warranty. The handling of the incident was too casual, and it was really chilling. I trust the quality of the computer. I didn t expect to do so inconsequently in after-sales service. There is no sense of respect. I hope it can be improved.
