Customer service is seriously lacking. I spoke on the phone with two different women who made my appointment, but when I got to the office, they refused to treat my dog who was mid-heartworm treatment because the doctor didn't feel comfortable treating a dog who started treatment somewhere else. If that is the case, FINE, but someone should have told me that over the phone or email to the multiple people I talked to to confirm treatment. If they had told me, I would have found a doctor who felt "comfortable" finishing treatment and getting my dog healthy. Now my pet's life at risk because she is behind on her treatment schedule, and they didn't offer an alternative or any help whatsoever in the situation. Obviously never returning.
