I m extremely disappointed in the service I received especially after I told the cashier I was dissatisfied my very 1st time coming to Auto Bell. Mind you, this is only my 2nd time and the service was way worst. Their employee referred to their service as fast food . A quick service for cars... that cost me $40? If I wanted a quick careless car wash, I wouldn t have went to a place that HAND DRIES + HAND CLEANS your car.

I paid $26 + a $12 tip (AND TAXES) just to come back home to have to finish cleaning my car. My dash is still dirty, my carpets still need to be vacuumed. I specifically asked the washer to get ALL sides of my car but I get out the wash and my car is STILL dirty. I m sure I will never come back here to get my car washed. I can tell these kids don t care about good customer service.
