My tankless water heater suddenly started leaking water. The owner of Drip Tech came out to our house the day we called him, accurately diagnosed the problem, and helped us promptly order a replacement part with the manufacturer (which was under warranty). As soon as the replacement part arrived, he and his technician came out to the house and fixed my heater. Driptech was very responsive to our phone calls, came right out to help us, fixed the problem right the first time, at a good price which he estimated accurately before the job started. (we received other estimates on the phone). The owner and his technician protected our carpet and used shoe protectors. Superb service, of course we will always use them again for any plumbing needs!
