I had such an AMAZING experience at Open Road Acura of Wayne. I was on the hunt to purchase my first new car, and I was researching at a couple of places before I came across Open Road Acura of Wayne. As soon as I came in, I was immediately welcomed by a friendly receptionists and sales consultants. I was helped and taken care of by Nahel and she was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a car that I'd love and with monthly payments that I can actually afford. I was also helped by the finance manager, Scott, who also played a huge role in this process. He was also helpful and went above and beyond to negotiate a reasonable monthly payment from the bank I was approved for. Overall, I had a peasant experience with this car dealership. I was able to purchase a car that fit my needs and expectations and they made the car buying process less of a headache! THANK YOU SO MUCH NAHEL AND SCOTT---I would 100% recommend them if you plan on trying to purchase a car, especially if it's your first one!
