Came here for a wedding - a lovely location. Really convenient shuttle service to Quincy.

The reception staff are inconsistent - your experience seems to depend entirely on who's at the desk. If you get one of the ladies then you're in luck, otherwise you will be met with indifference. I was told that finding other wedding guests would require looking through the register of bookings, which would be too much effort for the staff member. Instead I was told to stand in the lobby and approach complete strangers and ask them. Was completely ignored for 10 minutes when trying to check out. No attempt to get another staff member. No acknowledgement or "I'll be with you in a minute". Gentleman picked up the phone halfway through our conversation and proceeded to ignore me for another 5 minutes.

Housekeeping staff lovely, and the breakfast decent (although not included in the $150 dollar a night cost).
