The pool had a weird grime around the sides, most vending machines didn't work, the floor was so dirty, the babies with us got black knees from crawling around... loud, crowded, smelled like mildew, beds didn't have all bedding on them... for the price I paid there, I could have stayed at the Gaylord Palms (seriously, it was the exact same, but I let someone else pick the resort). AND my car got dinged in the parking lot.
