Very very badly managed experience today.
Maybe this COVID-19 Pandemic Situation has resulted in this bad experience.
Incidentally I have been a regular at your Pujas Festive Offers, more so because your Hotel phone me and requesting us to enjoy your Puja Festive Lunch Offers. I have been always agreeing and accordingly accepting your Hosting.
Our experience has always been more than excellent and we have been recommending this to everyone.
But today lunch was below expectations. Food quality and taste was excellent and very good and excellent. But the waiting and serving was too bad.
We were made to the table and our first item soup came after fifteen minutes. After another twenty minutes just two starters were served. Other items did not appear for another twenty minutes. By nature we are very polite and so we took the hint that things were not fine today. We hurriedly took two more items and asked for the Bill. This whole period was two hours. I felt sorry for the customers who had come to avail of today s Puja Saptami Lunch Offer.
Sorry, I am not blaming anyone. Maybe the hotel was not fully prepared to handle, during this COVID-19 Pandemic Situation, again, maybe!
