The location of this hotel is perfect. It's right in the middle of old Philadelphia. Literally across the street from the Liberty Bell. The hotel is beautiful. Very upscale. The room we had did have a terrible view however. Window faced the center of the building where there was an opening. Room was large and comfortable however. Bathroom was great. No free Wi-Fi. Apparently you have to sign up for their rewards program. That's a hoop you shouldn't have to jump through. Didn't try room service, so can't comment on that.
