Honestly after all Mr Fernandes (or Hernades) GM of the hotel best efforts to mellowfy my anger on the first day - service ppl of the hotel needs a wake up call ... BIG TIME!. U guys just destroyed your GM's efforts. Without this review I foresee the hotel service standards destroyed to cringeworthy status. FGS, pls pick up the lines. Theres a in room dining line, which hardly anyone picks up, and inept Service line that only picks up after 15 rings.. and guess what they will pass you to another line which guess what.. no one picks up... Checkin over sunday ended up with a room of two late for almost 1.5hrs despite checkin around 1500hrs. This is totally unworthy of the ***** you have. Post MCO blues and teething issues should be rectified soon.

Hotel is dated and in need of some upkeeping. The room's temperature cannot be controlled as I get super freezing temperature when the a/c is on. Great for kids experiment on condensation when the sliding doors are opened.

In room entertainment need some upgrade. Have you all considered the on demand movie that Vision 4 provides to most other hotels? Thats a great deal to have especially for kids.

Spice Cafe is the only positive with good flow it runs for the breakfast and night buffet. At least the flow is clear and most guests adheres to the rules.

Another hint.. Most hotels service staff (be it front desk, station cleaners, engineers) would greet the guests.... a simple nod would suffice..... I hardly get this here. Such hellos or greetings albeit insincere at heart goes a long way.

Buck up! this aint Shang standards.
