I moved from Toronto to Ottawa and I need an alarm system in my new home, I reviewed a few companies and called them but their answers were very vague.
But Brant at SafeTech understood my need, I sent him the plan of my home and he took the time to explain what I should install and why, I requested more glass break detectors, no problem, he also explain the response options and the rule of the contract.
The technician was very efficient.
