I'm impressed by the level of deatil from the staf...

I'm impressed by the level of deatil from the staff. Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights and thanks for the hotel, staff and food/drink we had an amazing experience visting jakarta.

Everyrhing from sirport pickuo to the hotel manager and cleaning was spotless.

When flying back to Sweden rhe hotel arranged with our Singapore Airlines flight so they surprised us with a anniversary cake on the plane home!

Just so amazing.
