My wife and I put a deposit down on (2) Lane leather chairs to be ordered. We were told it would be 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Eight weeks later we did not here anything from Klingmans or our salesman, so we called. We were told that the leather was on back order from Lane and it would be another 8 weeks for delivery. We were so disapointed that we cancelled our order. We later found out that Lane had 110 of these exact chairs in stock. We ordered them from another company that cared about customer satisfaction and had them within 1 week. So what kind of information is coming out of Klingmans, you decide.
