Review of 7th City Housing

I want to start by saying this is by far the worse...

I want to start by saying this is by far the worse place i have ever lived! Mainly due to the management staff! Specifically Dennis Davila and Michelle Ordaz very unprofessional and shouldn't have the titles as property managers. In my opinion they're prejudice and very bias! While living there my apartment has been entered without my permission , Dennis abuses his authority by harassing tenants if you're a day late for rent! God forbid you're two! I've seen him knocking on peoples doors demanding rent with no regard for their situation, not to mention the embarrassment. He rides around the community like a stalker at night(he lives on the property by the way) just creepy and uncalled for! They have absolutely no compassion for their tenants! Michelle is suppose to be in charge but all she does is sit in her office doing nothing! I have had my car and apartment broken into, the back gate is always broken, the pool area is filthy covered with dog poop and ants! And the lounge chairs have mildew on them! Not at all worth 2000 plus in rent! I can go on and on but the rest of my complaints i'm taking up with the owners Harbour group management .My advice "Stay Away" !
