This organization is the epitome of the wizard hiding behind the curtain. They are a low class uneducated organization regarding medical treatment. They take your money and do not provide ANY customer service or a way to contact them. My company medical insurance company recently pawned our medical plan without any notice and none of my claims have been paid for months. My medical condition is heavily documented and I am treated at the number one Research Hospital in the world for my health condition. I have never been denied treatment coverage for this prior. My treatment was deemed medically unnecessary by American Specialty Health. Without this treatment I have issues breathing, speaking and swallowing.

If there were Zero Stars this is what they should receive. They need to be criminally investigated for insurance fraud.
