Thanks Lloyd for dead-end insight. For anyone who doesn't have a pre-existing relationship with the firm, please read below.

To coberate the experience of all the other feedback (excluding Lloyd who seems to be someone who attracts debtors). There is no case management.



If they had a plan other than going out randomly, they could have waited, impounded a vehicle, and used it to leverage the debt or at least as repayment plan. As it is, I just go to pay their fees. My hope is they put it towards some clown suits for the next TV series.
