Disgusting company - do not rent from any properties they own. I had broken my lease and paid the lease break fee over $1200 on time and helped get a tenant into my old apartment. I received a letter in the mail saying they were also taking my entire security deposit of $805 and charging me an additional "Non Comp Fee" of $72.73. They didn't explain to me what the non comp fee was and they were going to send it to collections if I didn't pay the fee. The apartment I was living in was a studio. Not worth the stress or frustration of these complete scam artists trying to get as much money as they could out of you.
