AMR did nothing for my husband. Urgent care called them, all they did was give a ride in an ambulance with no AC in the heat, open the door and drop him off. And now their billing office refuses to work at all with Elliot Hospital employee insurance, and they told us and I quote " We can charge you whatever we want, and we don't have to work with any insurance companies". Beware people, don't use this company as they will do their best to rip you off, and the only recourse you have is to pay them off they take you to collections. Shame on any facility that ever calls this company.
